"This morning, I called your dealership looking for a used sportbike. I was told you had an 08 ZX6R 636 on the floor for 5900.00.
I Drove down there to look at it. I told them i was no longer interested because the price seemed High for an 08. I Just checked Kelly blue book on the bike and to my surprise it has a trade in value that was excellent. your sales manager said he couldnt go lower than 5000.00 for it. He was so nice and honest about it that I had to make the purchase, what an experience, thanks Rob....

"Very difficult to get an ACTUAL price on a bike. Would not disclose freight/pdi/ doc fees over the phone.
A customer does not want any suprises, but I understand dealer competition, the salesman told me he would beat any deal and give me the best price if I just stopped in, so not to waste my time, I didn't listen of course and after days of calling around I went back to Holiday and they beat all the other dealers prices, unbelievable!

"I was in there this afternoon 12/28/2010 looking for a needle and seat and gasket for my 1980 yamaha 340 snowmobile. I was told that the parts where available I asked if there was any aftermarket parts available I was told yes, on the internet for roughly $17 shipped to my house. I was willing to keep the money local but the parts counterwanted to explore other options. Does Marshall's mean anything ?? I get great sevice when I walk into an establishment knowing what I need and they tell me where I can get it without pressuring me. Great Job Holiday, you havwe earned my business!!"

"Thank you Holiday Powersports. Originally I am from Center and have been looking for a scooter that had some pow to it. I immediatly thought of H.P. and everyone was most pleasent there. I went into dealership here in Lansing and no one even talked to me for over twenty minutes so I knew whereI was going. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They even asked me if I wanted a hot dog. Bob gave me a good deal on what I was interested in and they even let me put it on hold while I got all the finaning and paper work accomplished. It was a pleasent experience and I would do repeat buisness again in a heart beat. "
